I think it's time to get some ideas for some guild events going, hence why I'm getting this thread going!
I'll start off by suggesting Hide-and-seek.
While it is a simple, and maybe a little childish game, it can be a lot of fun. As for the rules:
1. Instead of one person searching for all the others hiding, we will switch it around and make one person hide while all the other searches for him/her/it.
2. Using the /find command are of course NOT allowed. Since we can't prove if anyone used it, we will just have to trust each other not to.
3. Everyone will start searching from the same town/map.
4. Maps that are locked off by level/quest restrictions will not be allowed to hide in (if not all players agree to allow them).
5. Secret maps that aren't restricted by level or quest progression are allowed.
6. There will be a time limit set by the one who hides (20-30 min is usually enough)
7. The one who hides are not allowed to switch location or change channel after the game has started.
Just some general guidelines for how it will work. The one who knocks can choose to either follow this blueprint, or make/remove rules at his/her preference.
The one who hides may also choose to have a prize or something for the person who finds him/her/it first, although it may cause cheating if the prize is too awesome.
I did this with my old guild and it was a blast, have some fond memories from those times, almost like nostalgia!
Please tell me what you think of this suggestion, or come with a suggestion of your own!
